I have been having problems with my blood pressure since my baby was born. So on Monday (1 week ago), the Dr put me on BP meds – and I had a bad reaction to it. So I am seeing if I can lower my BP with diet, exercise, & resting in the Lord. So far, my BP has gone down several points. I am hoping and praying that it will normalize….
