I have been using a Cricut Explorer and now the Cricut Maker for several years now. I have made a lot of projects – from a small Grandfather type cloth to my most recent birthday gifts for my daughter.
I am really pleased at how these 2 turned out. The Mulan drawing was from Deviant Art. I used a 12×12 frame, used a Scrapbook paper for the background, printed the drawing, and placed the vinyl letters on top of the glass. The fonts are some that came with the Makers Gonna Learn with Tanner Bell. I love being able to customize gifts for family and friends. Be sure to watch this section for freebies etc.
