How Fit Are YOU?August 4, 2008
It can keep us glued to our computers as we have fun making LOs and designing. It is such an exciting hobby as we see our photos come to life!!!
But… that can leave us a bit lacking on the physical side of things…. What are you doing to keep yourself active…. Today, I started (again) my 1 mile walk with Leslie Sansone (DVD). I have always loved it, but my back objects a lot of the time…. So now I am trying it again, with my bouncer shoes. Hopefully this will work.
It was hard doing todays walk…. It was a struggle to walk it. I really did not want to do it…. but since having baby, I have gained 25 lbs. A few years ago, I lost 65 lbs in one year, and I still want to loose a lot more. But we were surprised last year with our new arrival…. I am nursing her and it is not recommended to “diet”. So I now am seeing the typical weight gain I have when my babies start eating baby food…. But I don’t WANT to have to buy bigger clothes ever again…. I am getting close…. ugh
So today I am starting my “Walk The Walk” venture with Leslie Sansone….
I actually feel really good now, after doing it! I walked 1 mile. Walked it well!!!
