Today’s news is pretty devastating with all of the deaths, loss of homes, businesses in the southern US…. Even with advanced warning, over 200 people are no longer with this…. Could these people have been better prepared for these storms??? More importantly, were these people prepared for eternity??? How many of them were taken directly into God’s presence??? How many were NOT???
Are you prepared for eternity??? Will you be spending eternity with God??? Or will you be spending eternity totally separated from God (it will not be pleasant – in fact it will be so much worse than anything we can imagine)….
This past weekend, we celebrated Easter. Remembering that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, that He was buried, and that He rose again on the 3rd day. When we trust that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, we can be assured that when we leave this earth, we will be directly in God’s presence!!!
The time is now… We don’t know whether a tornado, a flood, or even a car accident may end your life today. Please seek God now, while you still have time, accept HIS payment for your sins….
If you do NOT do this now, you may never have a chance again….
I will continue to pray for all of the people who are challenged with the aftermath of these dangerous storms…
Point of order: Tornadoes have killed abt 300 people in the U.S. South, but all I keep hearing about is Kate’s dress.
